Opening of the Alex Luck Astrology Online Store
I am completely new to blogging and to online store proprietorship, so I hope you will be patient with me while I get my bearings.
I thought that a brief analysis of the chart erected for the time and date of the official launching of the Alex Luck Astrology Online Store would be an interesting basis for the making of a mission statement for my new venture, so here goes!
I feel I must give you some background to the launch of the store, as it can be compared to the birth of a child.
This store project began on a commercial online platform in October 2016, but has had many delays and holdups, due to a variety of reasons.
The period of gestation is more like that of a cow, which is closer to 10 months, a maximum of 292 days, according to Wikipedia.
So, I have finally given birth, at 8:30 pm on 5 August 2017.
Happy Birthday! Hip Hip Hooray!
The launch of the store itself occurred for some unknown technical reason, much to my annoyance, before I had tested it, several days before the true launch, the time for which, I was supposed to decide.
I made the decision as to the time of the launch when I was completely satisfied that the Store site had been tested and was operating effectively.
It was an impromptu decision made after I handed out my new business card, at 8:30 pm on 5 August 2017, on which the Alex Luck Astrology Online Store and Facebook URLs, were shown, to a potential client. I was very happy with the result.

You will see that the Store has its Sun and Mars in Leo in the 5th House, a Pisces Ascendant and a Sagittarius Mid-heaven.
I am sure you will all remember my little lecture on the meaning of the planets and other angles of the Chart.
The Sun represents the ego, the essence, the creative self, and rules Leo and the 5th house. Mars joins the Sun and represents the Stores drive and desire, and rules Aries and the 1st house.
How much more Leo could my Store get? Confident, a lover of being the center of attention, interested in the development and education of children, offspring, competitive and (through Mars), independent, with a need to hurry along and plant the seed, a sunny nature that attracts many friends, and an interest in love affairs, entertainment and sport.
Cancer on the 5th house cusp provides for the essence of the Store (via the Sun) to be directed to all those things maternal, familial contacts, the home and domesticity, food and diet, and the past.
The Pisces Ascendant, 1st house cusp, conjunct with its ruling planet Neptune in the 12th house, indicates the Store will project a sympathetic, adaptable, ethereal and visionary presence.
With Chiron in Pisces in the 1st house, the Store will seek growth and self-improvement and look for meaning and guidance in all that it encounters and can inspire clients to adopt a similar attitude about the difficulties they face in life and help others find the courage to freely express themselves.
The Store's achievements will be the result of its sensitivity to the subtle currents of its surroundings. Mystical insight allows it to penetrate the subtleties of human nature and it is likely to be connected to art and music.
Mercury, (ruling communication) in the 6th house, conjunct the Descendant, with Vesta and the Vertex in Virgo, the North Node and Part of Fortune in Leo in the 6th house, the house of work, health and service, would seem to indicate that the Store will attract a good deal of those issues in its day to day operations, and it would also appear to be where the Store finds its greatest joy (Part of Fortune), and learns its most valuable spiritual lessons (North Node).
The Sagittarius Mid-heaven, 10th house cusp, with Saturn (ruler of the 10th house) and Pluto and Moon in Capricorn in the 10th house, indicates a traditional path, with spiritual and visionary accomplishments for the Store, likely to have a compelling influence over other people and open to super-physical realms of manifestation in a positive manner, working in the fields of education, religion, travel and world politics, seeking to uphold the concept that all human beings must be given a chance to develop their own potential according to their ability and self discipline.
The Store could be considered philanthropic and generous in its professional contacts.
Opposite, on the 4th house cusp is Gemini, with Venus and Ceres in Cancer occupying that house, the Store's home (website) will most likely contain a large library of information on many diverse subjects (this will obviously be available in time to come, as it is not possible to do that at once) and the important concerns of the Store will be directed particularly toward women, mothers, the home, food, diet and the family.
I have just realized that my brief analysis of the chart of the Store is not so brief, and is not, by any means, completed.
To ensure that I officially launch the Alex Luck Astrology Online Store, I will continue with my analysis of the Store's chart in a further post on my blog, another day, which hopefully will be very soon.
I have analysed some more obscure placements and points in the chart, which have given me much to write about.
I am particularly interested in, and would like to make comment about the aspect patterns and the midpoints, particularly those that include the asteroids, Ceres, Juno, Pallas Athena and Vesta.
They appear to be quite prominent in the Store's chart.
I look forward to blogging some more and I hope that I am not boring you all.
If so, please let me know. I would love to receive any questions, commentary on this blog, or any other aspect of Alex Luck Astrology, by email to service@alexluck.com.au or on my Facebook page here.
I will make my mission statement after I have completed the analysis of the chart on the blog, and will welcome suggestions from my followers.
Be blogging again soon.
Bye for now, your friend and astrologer.
